Sun Square Pluto, Scorpio Full Moon & Mercury Stations Direct

Hello All,

First, I want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to all of the Taurus’ out there! I am having a birthday special running until the 20th of May for you all. You can book a birthday special with me if you are a Taurus for only $75. This includes an hour and a half reading where we go over your natal chart. This means we are looking at your evolution and WHY you chose to come here and incarnate in this lifetime. I will also be going over your solar return chart and our session will be recorded on zoom and emailed to you after. I am excited to be running the monthly birthday specials as a way to connect more with you all. This is the year of me celebrating each of the zodiac signs and your birthdays. Each month I will be doing a birthday special for each one of the zodiac signs. Not only do I get to connect more with each of you, but it allows me to personally connect more with each one of the signs. I hope to see you all!

This week, we continue to have an active sky. This month has been packed with so much growth reflected in the cosmos. We also have some very active asteroids and planetary nodes that I am going to touch on throughout this forecast. Personally, I love Scorpio. It is about growth and evolution. We either comply or are forced with Scorpio and Pluto. When we go with growth and evolution, yes, it is uncomfortable, but it is so rewarding. There are a couple of archetypes that I do want to mention before I get into this forecast. This is so we can have a good foundation of understanding as I talk about these dynamics being reflected throughout the week.

To begin, I want to touch on the sign of Taurus. Taurus is the sign that reflects our inner relationship to self and the importance of knowing who each one of us are and our individuality. In the sign of Taurus, we see dynamics that deal with survival (money, inner resources, natural resources, and sexuality/procreation), what our individual inner resources are that we have garnered in this lifetime and through past life efforts, what our values and needs are, self-sufficiency and self-reliance, the ability to listen to our inner voice, and to connect with healthy self-esteem. Taurus is naturally ruled by Venus. It is the inner side of Venus, as opposed to the outer side (Libra). This is why this sign connects to our inner relationship to self. Taurus is yin (feminine) energy, it helps us ground and stabilize through the energy moving inward. It brings us back down to Earth. This is the sign that comes out of Aries. In Aries we are in a perpetual state of becoming, and in Taurus it brings us back down to Earth in order to connect more deeply with ourselves. It is our feeling nature, which is different than our emotional nature. Our feelings and the sensations we experience are often linked to our emotional body and nature. It is the cord that is tethered to our emotions. Taurus is about sustenance and how we learn about what we value, give meaning to, and on some levels; what we believe. It is the sign that helps us to have patience and to ground into our individuality as we figure out how to be self-sufficient.

The other sign I want to speak on is Scorpio. The polarity of Taurus. In the sign of Taurus, we are learning about our values and needs, even on sexual levels. In the sign of Scorpio, we are merging with another. This can be sexually or merging our resources with another. Scorpio is the Soul (Pluto) and our karma and karmic dynamics we are here to work on. It is the sign where we are faced with our own inner limitations and where we are confronted with them. It shows us exactly who we are, who we are not and who we cannot be, it is on a Soul level. In this sign we also experience POWER and POWERLESSNESS. Power is felt on a soul level with what is known and familiar, thus this is why this sign is linked to our security (water trine). If we become fixed in what is known and familiar it creates resistance to evolutionary growth. On the flipside, it is linked to powerlessness. Powerlessness is what is unfamiliar and not known or experienced yet. Thus, it creates insecurity within. This phenomenon is actually what links us to our own evolutionary growth. The archetype of metamorphosis is linked to this sign, because metamorphosis is linked to evolution. Scorpio helps us to understand what our motivations and intentions are. This is why it is sometimes linked to abuse, manipulation, betrayal, abandonment, and loss. This is the sign that psychoanalyzes itself in order to understand the emotional and psychology of itself; helping us to understand our hidden motivations and desires. Scorpio wants to penetrate into the inner psychology in order to understand itself on a Soul level. It is the sign that gets us to each ask ourselves, “who am I?” and “why am I here?”. It is also the sign that teaches us about commitment and who to commit to and what to commit to. Thus, it also correlates to discernment and discrimination on every level. Lastly, it is the sign that corresponds to osmosis, the need to osmose something into us in order to become bigger than we were before. This is why this is the sign that not only corresponds with sex and power, but also the taboo. The merging of a body of knowledge, like astrology. Merging with tarot, different rituals, and the list goes on. The point is, when we merge with something larger than ourselves, we take that in and then metamorphose pre-existing limitations, we become bigger than we were before. Here in this sign, we come face to face with individuals we have karmic dynamics with that we are meant to work out on a Soul level. This can be on ancestral levels and within partnerships where merging occurs. Lastly, Scorpio pulling in the whole fixed cross (Taurus, Leo, Aquarius, Scorpio) speaks to our own unique and individual Soul nature.

Now that I have covered that, let’s dive into some of the astrological conversations happening this week.

On the 22nd, Venus in the sign of Aries will be semi-sextile to Uranus and Jupiter in a balsamic phase. On the 20th, Jupiter and Uranus met up in the sky in perfection. Last week I wrote about this and did a video, if you want to update yourself on this, you can go here. With Venus in the sign of Aries, we have been called to create action and inner momentum in order to self-discover more about our relationship to self. This has been a transit where we are called to explore what we value, need, and give meaning to on individual levels. With Venus ruled by Mars in Pisces, we have been working on culminating long standing dynamics revolving around our relationship to self and to others that stem from prior conscious desires that we acted upon. Where we are culminating long standing ideals around our relationships to others and how extremes have played out in our lives stemming from those dynamics. As we transcend these old inner limitations, we are now in a state of self-discovering; “what do I want and need?”, “who am I?”. There has been a need for freedom and independence within our relationships and in general in order to understand what it is we are learning about ourselves and our essential needs. Mars in Pisces has been helping us to transcend old values and needs that are temporal in nature and rooted within the mainstream. This means that some of us have been confronted with the truth and what that means for us on personal levels.

Because Venus also rules Jupiter and Uranus, we have been called to act on our desires to eliminate old, crystallized structures within that we have over identified with (Uranus). To objectify what we have learned about in regard to our relationship to others and to self. This means, we are liberating from old, conditioned values and needs that are not in resonance with our unique individuality. This has been about transforming our relationship to self, through liberating from these dynamics. This has also helped us to identify old beliefs (Jupiter) that correspond to our needs and values, the liberation process of those, and the expansion process of our inner relationship to self. Transformation (Uranus) and expansion (Jupiter). With Venus in Aries, we have been called to explore what feels authentic to each one of us on a Soul level. This also means that we have been looking at what we believe about ourselves and if we have taken on beliefs of others that don’t resonate with each of our individuality and authenticity.

Now with Venus in Aries in a semi-sextile to Uranus and Jupiter in a balsamic phase, we are taking all of this information that we have learned about ourselves dealing with these dynamics and culminating it, while also expanding upon our inner personal truths. This culmination process is one of elimination and liberation in order to birth something new from within us to transform and expand our relationship to self. This has the ability to change and alter our inner vibration and magnetism in order to attract others who are of like mind (our tribe and partners). This reflects a time period where we get to experience what is timeless and universal in nature regarding our inner values, needs, and what we give meaning to. The need is to continue to explore what feels authentic and individualistic to each one of us in order to experience and cultivate TRUE values and needs, not ideals. We are not only culminating the old, but we are called to create action to explore what is true for each one of us individually so that expansion and transformation can continue to take place.

At the same time that this is happening, the Sun in Taurus will be square to Pluto in Aquarius. The Sun ruled by Venus in Aries and Pluto ruled by Uranus in Taurus. Essentially, this square is pulling in the dynamics mentioned above. The square that is occurring between the Sun and Pluto is in a last quarter phase. This phase denotes a “crisis in belief”. Meaning, “what do I believe?”. This square in this phase helps us to throw off anything that needs to be jettisoned from within that we have over identified with. Especially regarding our relational needs and values that aren’t congruent with our Soul individuality. Pluto in Aquarius helps us, along with its ruler, Uranus, to objectify these dynamics and to transform from the inside out. This is about breaking free from where we might have lost sight of ourselves in the past or taken on the values and needs of others as our own. This means liberating from the known and the values of our cultures, society, parents, and religion that absolutely do not feel congruent with our nature on a Soul level. This is also about liberating from prior traumatic experiences where we have suppressed dynamics about ourselves stemming from that trauma. The Sun in Taurus speaks to self-actualization through reconnecting and grounding into our nature and relationship to self. This is a conversation that speaks to individuation and thinking for oneself. “What feels natural for me?”, “what do I believe?”, “what do I feel?”, “how do I feel?”, “does this actually resonate with me?”. This is about truly rejecting what others have projected onto each one of us and has defined us up until now. As we re-connect with what our natural personal values are, we create space to connect to others who are like-minded.

On the 23rd, we have the Scorpio Full Moon happening at 3° 12′, ruled by Pluto in Aquarius. Think back to November 13th when the Scorpio New Moon was occurring. What cycle were you starting at that time? What were you working on dealing with your emotional and psychological dynamics? At the time of that New Moon, Pluto was in Capricorn ruling it. We were called to look at our inner psychology and emotional dynamics dealing with what we might have repressed or suppressed in order to confront those inner limitations. These inner limitations also had to deal with our conditioning (Capricorn). If you have been consciously working on this for the past six months, this Full Moon has the ability to really liberate us from these old crystallizations through helping us objectify what it is that is no longer serving us and our individual nature. Something has reached the totality of its fullness and is meant to be thrown off or opposed. This is so that we can continue to individualize. This means that dynamics from our early childhood and upbringing can come to the front and center in order for us to compare and contrast what feels “right” and what feels “wrong”.

This Full Moon is in a T-Square to Pluto, its ruler (Moon opposing the Sun, and both square to Pluto). Pluto is in a last quarter square to the Moon in Scorpio. Confrontations on an inner level with what constitutes our inner security can be highlighted in order for us to take new direction to liberate and evolve. This means that we are called to look at how our conditioning has conditioned our inner psychology and emotional body. This really has the ability to help us ask ourselves, “who am I?”.

The Sun in Taurus is also in a last quarter square to Pluto in Aquarius. This helps us to throw off any dynamic that is affecting our sense of self and self-worth that is not in alignment with who we are and our unique nature. We are again looking at what we value and need, what we give meaning to and what we believe. This can be what we believe about ourselves that is getting in the way of us self-discovering (Venus in Aries). The need to transcend these old limitations in order to grow and develop on a Soul level. On a collective level, we are called to liberate from values and beliefs that are not rooted in natural law and timeless principles. Where the abuse of power has over run the collective and the needs and values with a select few have trickled down into the collective. The liberation and rebellion on collective levels is called for in order for natural values as opposed to manmade values to be integrated into the collective conscious. The need on individual and collective levels is to liberate from the values that have created extremes within. We need to remember that this is fixed energy, so wherever we might be resisting looking at this, is a must to move forward, to evolve.

Saturn in Pisces will still be inconjunct the lunar South Node in Libra at this time. This is in a full phase. This denotes the need to improve upon how we exchange power and to look at what needs to be dissolved within this dynamic. Is it mutual exchange or is it power over/power under dynamics? Saturn in Pisces has been about restructuring our consciousness through culminating manmade laws, beliefs, values, and needs that create distortions within us and the collective. The perpetuation of crisis through extremes. The need to throw off old conditioning and learned behavior, beliefs, values, and needs.

On personal levels this is looking at how our ideals stemming from what we have learned around our values have created extremes within our lives and the need to dissolve these old, learned structures in order to grasp more timeless values based on giving, sharing, and inclusion. We are looking at what needs to be liberated from within dealing with these old structures. Have you disconnected with your individuality for the sake of remaining in a status quo out of security? This Full Moon asks us to look at why this occurring and then to evolve out of it through getting to the bottom (Pluto/Scorpio) of these dynamics on emotional and psychological levels. These dynamics can be very temporal, like being in a relationship where you aren’t heard or where you over give and now have nothing left to give to yourself. This can also be where we reflect on prior relational dynamics and come to understand where we might have made incorrect judgment about it and the need to liberate from the dynamics that led us to doing that. These can be any type of one-on-one relationships (friends, family, romantic, business, spiritual). Through self-reflecting on this we can gain deep inner wisdom and emotional maturation can take place.

Ceres in the sign of Capricorn and ruled by Saturn in Pisces is in a last quarter square to Chiron in Aries, ruled by Mars in Pisces. Ceres is the great mother that helps us nurture our Soul nature and helps us to recover what was lost and has impeded on our Soul nature. Here in the sign of Capricorn she is helping us to regain our natural authority. The ability to ask and answer our own questions and to make correct judgment calls. Ceres in Capricorn also helps us to reflect on the past in order to understand the wisdom that is held within stemming from prior dynamics dealing with the direct experience of them. Ceres in this sign also helps us to emotionally mature and to nurture this development.

With Ceres ruled by Saturn in Pisces, we are called to self-reflect on our ideals and the illusions that were spawned from those ideals and conditioning from the past. The need to look at what we learned early on that is a carry-over from prior lifetimes. The need to dissolve mainstream and temporal values in order to restructure our consciousness through self-reflection, self-determination, taking accountability for ourselves and our healing, thus helping us to emotionally mature as we nurture this process.

With Ceres in a last quarter square to Chiron in Aries, we are called to throw off dynamics that impede on our ability to have courage to act on what we desire in order to grow. To throw off dynamics where we feel we have to prove ourselves to others in order to feel self-worth and/or value. This can stem from old wounds around these areas, especially from early childhood. With Chiron ruled by Mars in Pisces, we are called to heal these dynamics through transcending these limitations from the past. To change our awareness around our wounds in order to grow and to emotionally mature. Self-reflection and taking responsibility for the choices we have made is a must in order to throw off the old dynamics and to change the awareness around them. Have you externalized your self-worth or emotional validation? This could be coming up for some in order to self-reflect and mature through inwardly validating oneself.

Ceres is also in a disseminating trine to Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus. As we do the Ceres work as described above, we have the ability to come into awareness about the dynamics that are meant to be liberated. Where we have over-identified with past wounds and how that has affected our sense of self, our values, and our needs. This dynamic helps us to integrate our personal truths as opposed to beLIEfs. Then to expand upon our inner relationship to self as a way to mature and transform. Remembering that Jupiter and Uranus are ruled by Venus in Aries. We are called to have the courage to explore our feelings and to take action to grow and evolve.

Uranus is also conjunct the planetary North Node of Venus, both at 21° Taurus at this time. This reflects that as we have the courage to act on all of these dynamics and to understand our psychology and emotions, we then get to transform our relationship to self through understanding who we are on individual levels as opposed to prior conditioning and trauma, and the over identification and false beliefs held within those. This is interesting to note because Uranus is the ruler of the asteroid Kassandra. A couple of weeks ago I did the forecast and talked about this asteroid as she was conjunct Pluto, you can find that here if you want to dive into the myth of Kassandra.

Kassandra so often reflects when we are needing to reconnect with our relationship to self, our inner voice, and the ability to have the courage to speak. This is because there has been trauma around not being believed or heard when one has spoken up and out about the truth of something. How that trauma of not being believed takes a psychological toll on us. How it affects our sense of self-worth, our relationship to self, the ability to connect with our inner knowledge and voice, and the courage to speak up again. We can see how for some, there is a need to look at the emotional and psychological dynamics revolving around this in order to re-connect with ourselves and to empower ourselves, to nurture our inner relationship to self, and to ultimately liberate from where we have over-identified with the projected beliefs and words of others stemming from this type of dynamic.

Kassandra is in a last quarter square to the Sun in Taurus. The Sun is ruled by Venus in Aries. This conversation helps us to throw off the voices of others and to reconnect with our own voice and ability to listen to ourselves. Through healing the wounds of prior dynamics, we are able to fortify our relationship to self and to self-actualize through reconnecting to ourselves and our individuality. Thus, changing and transforming our relationship to self. With Venus ruling Uranus and the Sun, we are called to be courageous in this, and to understand what we truly value; ourselves or the voices of others?

We can see that this Full Moon is chock full of deep Soul understanding if we consciously work with it. How this full moon has the ability to help us strengthen our Soul and to regain our individual unique nature. The key is to dive deep into our emotions and explore them, even the hurt that comes up, for it has the ability to create internal metamorphosis.

On the 24th, the Moon will still be in Scorpio. The Moon will inconjunct the lunar North Node in a full phase. The moon is still ruled by Pluto in Aquarius, and the lunar North Node ruled by Mars in Pisces. This conversation speaks to what we learn and gain from the Full Moon is now meant to be put into action (Aries), as a way to culminate and dissolve the old (Mars in Pisces), so that a birth of a new evolutionary cycle can come to fruition. The action that we are meant to take is to continue to liberate from the old in order for a dissolving and transformative process to happen. This can create insecurity at first because it is unknown and unfamiliar territory, but we are called to utilize the Aries energy, to be courageous and to go with evolution instead of resisting it. This ultimately helps us to self-improve and learn how to work with others in a unified way instead of power dynamics. It also helps us to have the ability to create more interdependence instead of co-dependence.

On the 25th, Mercury will station direct and make its third and final pass over the same degrees it has gone over starting with the Mercury pre-shadow period. 15° to 27° Aries. This means it will pass back over Chiron. This gives us the ability to take the information we have been learning about ourselves and intuiting and what we are meant to culminate, and to put action into doing so. The knowledge we have gained has been invaluable and births deep healing if we have the courage to apply it and to take responsibility for our growth and prior choices.

This can also be a time where we come into awareness about what conversations we are meant to have and the ability to have the courage to have them. Do you need to have a conversation with someone? There is a lesson in doing this, which is to not have an expectation about the outcome. The conversations we are meant to have give us feedback. Can the other hear where we are coming from? Are they defensive? Libra, the polarity of Aries is pulled into this dynamic, helping us understand if boundaries are meant to be created. Some of us can come face to face with the truth of our situations and must make a choice from the feedback we receive. Are you going to be the same as you have always been? Or are you going to be self-determined to blaze new territory?

On the 28th, asteroid Lilith will be in a full phase inconjunct to the Sun in Taurus. Lilith is in Sagittarius and ruled by Jupiter in Taurus. This conversation playing out helps us to ground into our authentic nature and to be determined to self-actualize through our authenticity. This helps us to connect with our personal truths on deeper levels, and to inwardly champion for that as a way to fortify our relationship to self. Lilith will also be conjunct the planetary South Node of Mars, also ruled by Jupiter in Taurus. Both Lilith and the South Node of Mars are retrograde at this time. This is where we can re-experience a dynamic where we are called to be courageous in speaking our truth and walking in our authenticity. Truly, a dynamic that the Soul is desiring to re-live in order to resolve.

Mars in Pisces will conjunct its ruler, Neptune at the same time that this is happening. This helps us to dissolve old limitations around these dynamics dealing with ideals and denying our authenticity. This has the ability to help us to heal.

Mars conjunct Neptune also helps us to end a whole evolutionary cycle of prior desires that are no longer resonating with us on a soul level. This is occurring so that we can birth a new cycle of desires that can be seeded into our consciousness. These desires are meant to be reflected on in order to discern whether or not they are meant to be acted upon. These new desires can have the ability to help us evolve and grow if we discern that it is the right course of action to take. This is because the feedback we receive from the action we take, helps us to internalize the information in order to self-improve and self-discover.

I hope you all have a beautiful week and happy Scorpio Full Moon!

Much Love and Gratitude,

Jordyn
