Gemini Full Moon 2025: What do we nurture; opinion, fact, or personal truth?

Five days before the Full Moon in Gemini occurs, Saturn in Pisces stationed direct. Venus enters Sagittarius the day after on November 30th. This is important to note before the Full Moon occurs. Venus is the ruler of Uranus retrograde in Taurus. Uranus sextiles both Neptune retrograde and Saturn now direct, both in Pisces.

With Saturn and Uranus retrograde sextile, we are prompted to take the wisdom (Saturn) from our experiences. We need to apply this wisdom fully within ourselves (Taurus). With Uranus retrograde and ruled by Venus in Sagittarius we get to revisit key relational themes. These relational themes involve unresolved issues. They need to be completed or redone to be resolved; to be liberated. This is seen with Venus in Sagittarius sextile to Pluto in Aquarius (culminating) and ruled by Uranus in Taurus retrograde. Saturn facilitates this process. It asks for us to apply the wisdom. This is so that new structures within and externally can be made concrete. Saturn asks for us to make correct judgment calls. Whatever dynamics that have helped you to learn discernment over the two years arise again. Remembering that it was through cultivating discernment and those situations that you gained wisdom. While you apply the wisdom two things occur. It dissolves the past and fortifies a new structure within. Venus in Sagittarius gives us an opportunity to revisit themes of listening to our intuition. Intuition is what is known. What is known is not held within the intellect. Venus in Sagittarius rules Uranus over the next month. This brings us to revisit dynamics. Dynamics where we are called to listen from within. Is our intuition (Sagittarius) being felt (Taurus)? Is our intuition being heard from within? Are we denying either? What happened last time you denied the inner voice? What happened when you denied your intuition? Is there a belief that is getting in the way of you trusting your inner voice and intuition?

Uranus retrograde helps us to liberate from these past dynamics through having us revisit them. To redo them. To resolve them. The sextile to Saturn in Pisces guides to liberate from what is not ours. To take responsibility for what we can account for ourselves. To liberate from not facing reality in the past, the reality that it actually was and is. To be self-determined to honor the actual reality of the past and present moment.

There are two quotes I have heard that remind me of these transits. I don’t remember where exactly I heard them. Probably on a podcast if I am being honest. The first quote is: “Forgiving ourselves happens when we know we didn’t deserve what happened to us”. This reflects the lunar nodal axis and their rulers (Mercury in Scorpio/Neptune in Pisces). Along with the above transits. How we can go a long time thinking we deserve something because it’s a secure feeling (Virgo lunar south node). It’s a known feeling and emotion (Mercury in Scorpio). When we know our emotional truth (Jupiter in Cancer), we are rooted in emotional honesty. We need to forgive ourselves for not taking different actions sooner (Neptune in Pisces). We did not understand earlier that we didn’t deserve it.

The other quote is: “Forgiveness is letting go of the hope that the past will be any different than it is or it was.” This quote truly reflects the Saturn and Neptune in Pisces bottom line. To accept reality as it actually is. To not live in a fantasy that perpetuates trauma (Saturn/Neptune sextile Uranus). To not only just see potential outcomes within others and circumstances. To not deny the truth by hoping for different actions that never come. To understand that being in your own authority means taking the actions to move forward. Not dependent on anyone or anything else. This beautifully reflects the freedom felt within letting go. Within surrendering (Pisces). Something that is very hard for Saturn to do. The secret is that more than anything Saturn wants to let go, to lose control. To feel free. This is precisely why Uranus is the liberator of Saturn. It allows Saturn to liberate from what has been known in order to feel freedom. In order to experience the freedom to not control an outcome. Even if that is controlling it with a delusionary belief, fantasy, or hopeful narrative. Uranus in Taurus sextile Saturn in Pisces is the liberation of self from the past structures. The forgiveness that comes when we loosen our grip of the past. Hoping it will change yet confronting through experience it won’t. To surrender to the hope and allow ourselves to move forward towards forgiveness. Over time, this naturally and organically happens. Just think about a time in your life when once you accepted the truth of the actual reality, eventually it no longer took up “rent” in your mind. In your soul. You no longer are angry. You experience indifference. You experience the freedom of surrender. You experience the freedom of forgiveness. It is when we try to forgive before surrendering control that keeps us feeling guilt. Yet when the truth is known, the past is surrendered from hope it will change, forgiveness naturally occurs. It is where one day we wake up and we realize that the past is no longer controlling us. It has culminated. It has birthed something new.

Now that I have laid the foundation, let’s talk about the Gemini Full Moon. This is occurring on December 4, 2025. This is a full super moon. This means that the moon is closer to the earth. This reflects how those who are sensitive to emotions and energy can feel the gravity of the moon pulling on the ocean’s tide. Reflecting emotions rising more fully.

The Gemini moon at 13° is bringing up emotional dynamics where we have been learning lessons pertaining to the difference between opinion and fact. Discernment around opinion and fact leads us to knowing our personal truth. People can have their opinions about us and that have nothing to do with our truth. We can live in the same environment as someone else and experience the impact of that environment in different ways. That doesn’t make it any less true for the other how they have experienced it in a factual way. It means that their perception of the impact of actions was different than for you. Both equally true. It is about connecting with the root of the personal truth in order to understand what is emotionally true for yourself. This is seen with the Sun in Sagittarius opposing the moon in Gemini. Ruled by Jupiter in Cancer retrograde.

This full moon can bring up where we have been avoiding our own emotional needs. Whether or not we have been avoiding talking or expressing these emotional needs (Moon in Gemini). With the moon and the lunar south node in Virgo ruled by Mercury in Scorpio, it wants us to excavate the areas we might have been resisting looking at deeper. Where there might be fear of the pain that surfaces if we ‘pull back the emotional curtain’. Mercury in Scorpio ruling both also reflects a heightened sensitivity to words and communication. Especially if we have experienced rejection in the past when we expressed our emotional truths.

The Moon in Gemini and Sun in Sagittarius square the lunar nodal axis in Virgo (sn) and Pisces (nn). This brings in the rulers of all: Mercury in Scorpio, Jupiter in Cancer rx, and Neptune in Pisces rx. The need to eliminate delusive beliefs (Neptune trine Mercury), be honest (Jupiter trine Neptune and Mercury), and to emotionally center within the truth of any issue (Jupiter in Cancer rx). To not become distracted through external messages and information (Mercury ruling the moon and lunar sn). To not allow intellect to get in the way of what is being felt.

It is through embracing the grand water trine seen within the rulers of the above that we can cultivate an inner space of honesty, sincerity, and personal truth. We become our own inner teacher through cultivating our intuition. Giving ourselves permission to be silent (moon square Pisces lunar nn) and not filling up space with words if we need to connect within ourselves. Even if there is a lot going on externally. This helps us to nurture emotional expression and honest communication with those we are needing to and within ourselves. With all the retrogrades this can also be where you are helping others to have a safe space to express and vice versa.

This is mutable energy mixed with water. Highly adaptable when we jump fully into the swell of the wave.

Mars in Sagittarius is inconjunct its ruler, Jupiter in Cancer rx. Yet, Mars is trine to Chiron in Aries retrograde. Wounds around our truths, beliefs, and courage to express honestly may surface. Inner stress around our fears to express honestly may arise. If they do, it is because we are meant to revisit these dynamics in order to change our inner awareness around them. To root into our emotional truth to throw off the beliefs that create inaction. To reflect on how we should all be able to honestly express ourselves without rejection. If we have been rejected for that, what beliefs have we internalized from those experiences? What is the actual truth not the opinion. Mercury in Scorpio is inconjunct Chiron, yet trine Jupiter in Cancer. Mercury and Mars are semi-sextile each other. This helps us to know the ‘why’ of the beliefs that have been internalized, and the action necessary to nurture our inner truths. How we go about recovering them through expression. That can even be nonverbal for some. Writing, singing, painting, drawing; these all can facilitate in nurturing ourselves. Helping us to release the past through some form of creative expression (Sun opposing Moon forming a mutable cross to the nodal axis).

Pluto in Aquarius is the ruler of Mercury in Scorpio. Here we come face to face with how we have taken in messages from our environment and where we need to liberate from internalized negative messages that have been projected. Uranus in Taurus ruling Pluto reflects that when we do that, we get to change how we inwardly relate. We transform.

Asteroid Lucifer is now in a new phase to the lunar south node, both in Virgo, both ruled by Mercury in Scorpio. As we do the work highlighted within this lunation. Confronting the past emotional dynamics of fear, rejection, misapplied trust and feelings of inferiority. The light bears on the shadow of internalized messages and how they perpetuate crisis and doubt. With the shadows illuminated we now get to make a different choice rooted in the actual reality of who we are as individuals. The truth held within our actual natures and authenticity. This action helps us to improve more from within. Improving how we nurture ourselves moving forward. This teaches us the Gemini full moon lesson; the intellect within and of itself doesn’t know what is and isn’t true, this is the intuition. If it knew what was true, we wouldn’t have internalized false beliefs. We would have walked forward in our truth with knowing exactly who we are. Now we get to when we let go of trying to control the past.

Over the following two weeks after the full moon, Mercury, will perfect its trine to Jupiter on December 6th. Mercury will perfect its trine to Saturn on December 7. Mercury will oppose Uranus on December 10. Lastly, Mercury will perfect its trine to Neptune on December 11th before moving back into Sagittarius. There is an unfolding happening that is sparked by this full moon in Gemini. Through contemplation as dynamics arise, more clarity is gleaned throughout the upcoming weeks before the new moon in Sagittarius. Trust yourself. Root into your truth. Nurture your emotions with honesty. Express however you need to sincerely. Honor your intuition. Honor other’s emotional truths by understanding that everyone experiences things differently. Neither negates the others. In true Gemini fashion when it comes to diversity, two things can be true. It is when we honor unity in diversity that expansion occurs.

I hope everyone has a beautiful Gemini full moon. If you want me to look at these energies or your upcoming transits, my holiday specials are still running until December 31st. You can find them on the booking and services page.

may Goddess bless & your truth be felt and nurtured,

Jordyn
