Hello Everyone,
This week we have a lot going down astrologically as Pluto will re-enter the sign of Aquarius. Pluto has been ruled by Saturn in Pisces throughout its transit in Capricorn this past year. As it enters the sign of Aquarius on the 20th here in the United States, it will then be ruled by Uranus in the sign of Taurus. Before I get to Pluto’s transit, I am going to talk about the energies leading up to it throughout the week.
On the 15th Venus in Sagittarius will inconjunct Uranus in the sign of Taurus, this happens as Venus trines the North Node in Aries in the disseminating phase. The rulers of all of these astrological points will be speaking to each other. With Uranus ruled by this Venus, Venus’ ruler Jupiter in a disseminating trine to the North Node’s ruler, Mars in Capricorn. These astrological conversations set the stage for us to take what we have been self-improving upon through liberation, and the transformation of our inner relationship to self and then using it to infuse these other astrological conversations. I liken this to when there is a race going on and one of the teammates passes the botan to the next runner. This signals to us to now become fully what we have been working on internally with our relationship to self, and to apply all the information we have gathered to the present moment fully, to live out daily. The inconjunct is in a Full phase now, meaning that as we have self-refined and self-improved through learning about ourselves and our relational needs, we are now meant to bring it out into the world in a way that resonates with who we have become in the here and now. This has the potential to help others. With Jupiter in Taurus, Venus’ ruler, and in a disseminating trine to the North Node’s ruler, Mars in Capricorn, we now can gain even deeper clarity about how to show up in the world authentically. Mars in Capricorn speaks to the need to make this part of our reality and to continue the journey of stepping outside of our inner status quo of the known and familiar, and to now be the role model in our lives that we need. With Venus ruling Uranus, Jupiter, and the South Node we have been learning how to become what we need through understanding who we are and who we are not, this has been highlighted through our relationships to others. Where the imbalances have been created, and where we need to harmonize more fully with life through liberating from old beliefs and structures that no longer align with who we are and who we have come to know ourselves to naturally be. With Venus now trine the North Node in Aries, it brings forth the lesson ‘ instead of searching for what you need and value in another, journey to be that person’. Become who you would want to be with.
On the 16th, the South Node of Venus will conjunct Mars in Capricorn, both being ruled by Saturn in Pisces. Before I go into this and the other conversations at play, it is really important for me to talk about the Venus trinity. Simply put, every planet has its own south and north nodes. The planet in tandem with its own nodal axis creates a trinity. This is so important to look at evolutionary wise because it gives a more complete picture as to what we are coming face to face with from the past (planetary south node) in the present moment (Venus/planet), in order to evolve and move forward (planetary north node). With Venus it is about our relationships and our relational needs and values. Our relationships consist of not just ‘other’ but to ourselves. The moon’s nodal axis is in Libra (South Node) and Aries (North Node). This corresponds to a time period of us working on our past dynamics dealing with relational issues with others and how that affects our relationship to self and vice versa. Looking at Venus and her nodes gives us a more complete picture as to how we are trying to evolve these old dynamics from the past.
Breaking this down further, let’s look at this astrological conversation with the South Node of Venus conjunct Mars in Capricorn. It is important to remember that this is dealing with past relational dynamics that have become imbalanced pertaining to manmade laws, conditioning, and social structures and norms (South Node in Capricorn). Mars wants us to act on the desires of eliminating what is hindering our own growth to our relationship to ourselves and making correct judgment about what this is through deep self-reflection. Saturn ruling both Mars and the South Node of Venus speaks to the need to culminate and bring to an end these dynamics of where we have suppressed who we are naturally. This also speaks to transiting Venus in the sign of Sagittarius, still trine to the North Node of the Moon in Aries. There is a propensity to gain deep clarity around what needs to be eliminated in our lives right now, what must be dissolved around our ideals or where we might be escaping reality and not dealing with what needs to be dealt with in the here and now. Self-determination to do so is implored. Mars and the South Node of Venus are opposing the North Node of Jupiter in the sign of Cancer, speaking to throwing off these old dynamics and how we gained security and emotional validation and now to expand upon it within ourselves. To be who we need. This is seen with Venus in Sagittarius in mutual reception to Jupiter in Taurus, and Jupiter’s North Node in Cancer. As we continue to expand upon our inner awareness of self and to emotionally mature by meeting our own needs and reparenting, we can then expand upon our own inner emotional relationship to self. The key is to listen inwards as to what steps to take and then to act on putting into place what it is that we each individually need to do in order to become even more emotionally secure. This can look like throwing off any type of external source of comfort or sense of validation and then nurturing it within us. The key is we must be willing to look at our own emotionally dynamics and to self-reflect in order to improve and gain wisdom around these areas of our lives. Again, this signature builds off of the day prior and what the astrology was reflecting then. We really are in a time of radical transformation of our inner relationship to self. The prayer is to become what you need and then to meet it for yourself. This is a great time to self-reflect on all of the imbalances that you have come to understand within your relationships with others and then to get to the root of why that has occurred, take responsibility to heal it yourself, and then continue to expand upon that to build a new foundation.
On the 17th, Saturn in Pisces will be in a last quarter sextile to Mercury in Capricorn. With the sextile there is a need to go inwards in order to understand and assimilate the knowledge that one is gaining. With the last quarter phase there is a need to set into motion what one has been learning through living it in the here and now and day to day. With Saturn in Pisces, we have been called to dissolve any barriers or structures that are no longer working for us and with Mercury in Capricorn we are called to create new structures through taking in and learning more about ourselves and what is and isn’t working. This conversation can reflect that we understand what it is we are needing to do in order to create new foundations from the inside out but feeling the comfortability of the past calling us back to it. Neptune in Pisces is the ruler of Saturn and is also sextile to the Sun and Pluto during this time. Not only is dissolving of the old through self-reflection and correct judgment making part of this dynamic, but also forgiveness of the past. Whether that is to yourself or to another. It takes so much energy to hold on to anger and hurt that it really can thwart and block the necessity to move forward. This whole conversation happening speaks to moving forward through healing and forgiveness. At the very least making the conscious choice to want to heal whatever dynamics are getting in the way of moving forward or wherever there is stagnation felt. This can also be about dissolving old, learned behaviors that have structured life for you and just aren’t resonating anymore. Then through dissolving these old ways of thinking or understanding, new and inspired ways that are more natural can spring forth in order to be acted upon and lived out.
On the 19th, Venus in Sagittarius will be in a last quarter square to Neptune in Pisces. This happens while the Sun and Pluto are in a balsamic conjunction to each other at 29° Capricorn. Mercury in Capricorn is also in a disseminating trine to Jupiter in Taurus. Venus in Sagittarius reflects the need to expand upon one’s own personal truths and beliefs in order to understand what is valued and needed in a relational sense. Venus in Sagittarius needs a personal philosophy in order to understand themselves and it needs to feel true. This means that as Venus has been in Sagittarius we have been called to expand upon, seek, and ponder what feels meaningful and true for us independently. The need for freedom and independence to have experiences that teach us about this. It is very intuitive. Venus in Sagittarius can bring up external dynamics that help us to get in touch with whether or not we have been overcompensating because of a lack of a guiding principle or the need to firmly hold onto beliefs that are outdated for each of us. This can look like needing to be right all the time or exaggerating when around others that we feel inferior to. At the very least it can trigger events that get us to think about how we are feeling, seeing as Jupiter in Taurus is the ruler of Venus right now. These events can be catalysts to get us to understand how we are feeling about ourselves and if our choices and relationships feel authentic to us. There is a need for growth with Venus in Sagittarius because of its expansiveness. With Venus ruling the South Node in Libra we can be having these events highlight where imbalances have occurred through not expanding or growing. This can be with our relationship to self or realizing we are in partnerships where the other is not evolving or having the same philosophies as ourselves. There is a lesson with this regarding the relativity of truth. What can be true for you, might not be for another, and the need is to listen to where they are actually coming from instead of how we define our reality.
With Venus in a last quarter square to Neptune in Pisces we are called to take action to dissolve old beliefs, values, needs, and what we have given meaning to that no longer feels true for ourselves. It can create the sense of ‘what do I believe?’. This can have us looking at our conditioned ideals and whether or not they have permitted a non-growth situation for us. With Pluto and the Sun at 29° Capricorn and ruled by Saturn in Pisces, we can have the areas of our lives that need to be restructured highlighted in order for us to dissolve and expand upon new ways of relating to ourselves and to others. This takes a conscious effort to reflect on how we have been conditioned by society, family, culture, and religion. What are the values that were instilled in you? Do they resonate now, or do they perpetuate relational issues? Taking responsibility for ourselves and our own growth is so important with this signature as a way to wrap up a cycle that has been going on since 2008. What do you believe in? How has this affected your self-worth and ability to be self-reliant? Are there any ideals that need to be dissolved? The key with the last quarter square is to throw off the past in order for the new to take structure. For some, they will want to hold on tightly to the past because it brings a false sense of security. Venus in these conversations this week says to EXPAND.
As we expand and look at how we feel we can then utilize the disseminating trine from Mercury to Jupiter. This helps to restructure through expansion. The need is to make new personal norms, truths, ethics, and ways of being in the world at large a part of everyday life. To be self-determined to do so, and above all else to keep growing and watering the relationship to self.
On the 20th, Pluto enters the sign of Aquarius where it will be conjunct the Sun after its ingress into the same sign. Uranus in Taurus will now rule Pluto. Pluto will retrograde on May 1, 2024, and then re-enter Capricorn on September 1st, until going direct again in October. By the last two months of 2024 it will be at the 00° and 1°’s of Aquarius again where it will stay throughout the next 20 years. This year is this dance of passing the botan, one pass is for reflection, the other for liberation. Pluto in Aquarius represents the need to liberate from any over-identification stemming from conditioning. It is about objectivity and rebellion against the status quo of the known and familiar. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius was in 1778-1798. This was a time period of revolution. Revolution in all senses and pertaining to liberation from the known way. Science, war, civil rights, collective trauma, collective collaboration, and discoveries are all dynamics that can occur when Pluto is in Aquarius. To demonstrate this fact, I am going to list just some of the things that occurred during this time period.
The French Revolution and the American Revolution.

In Laki, a volcano in Iceland, begins an eight-month eruption which kills over 9,000 people and perpetuated a 7-year famine for the region. This also produced a poisonous cloud that reached France.
Mt. Asama in Japan erupts and kills 14,00 people, then causing a famine that kills over 20,000.

I just wanted to show you all that we are in for revolutionary times! Pluto in Aquarius also brings together community from the traumas that we experience. There is a collective growth that happens within community during Pluto in Aquarius. On a personal level this is about personal rebellion from the known way of being and operating. With Uranus in Taurus the ruler, there is an emphasis on transforming our personal relationship to self through deconditioning in order to reveal a more natural state of our souls. Uranus then transforms our inner vibration so that way we call in our ‘tribe’, which is an Aquarius word/archetype. There is also an emphasis at this time that whatever the inner ‘drumbeat’ is, there is a need to follow it. That means listening to the inner voice (Taurus). What keeps coming up revolving around what you need to do or the next steps to take? The reason it is so important to pay attention to this is because Uranus corresponds with the higher mind and the long-term memory. It wants to decondition from Saturn (conditioning). This is because it helps us to evolve through individuation (another word that is archetypal for Uranus). Whatever it is that is repeating like an inner drum, over and over again is meant to be followed through on because it is directly emanating from the Soul itself. Neptune whispers from within us and Uranus brings it to consciousness. While Pluto was in Capricorn recently, it was ruled by Saturn in Pisces. This was asking for us to self-reflect on what our conditioning has been and to look at how it has perpetuated crisis on collective and personal levels. Now with Pluto in Aquarius and ruled by Uranus in Taurus, we are meant to continue to objectify how this has created trauma to our relationship to self and then to liberate from this conditioning. This then helps us to change our inner vibration and magnetism.
As Pluto enters Aquarius it will be conjunct the Sun. The Sun is our vitality and how we self-actualize. This really emphasizes the need to self-actualize through deconditioning, liberation, and individuation. To be objective about oneself, Uranus in Taurus. Uranus in Taurus is also inconjunct the South Node in Libra at this time. Both ruled by Venus in Sagittarius. This reflects the need to self-improve and learn how to give and receive through discernment. How to be self-reliant and to liberate from any type of conditioning that has perpetuated co-dependencies or relational disharmony. With Venus in Sagittarius ruling both, there is a need to look at our personal philosophies and see if they are conditioned or if they feel true for ourselves. Then to expand upon what that means for us independently. This gets us in touch with our values and needs. Venus is also still square Neptune at this time, pulling in the dynamic of dissolving old structures that have defined our relational values and needs. To have faith in ourselves to follow the ‘beat of our own drum’ if necessary, in order to expand upon what that means for us individually.
Mars in Capricorn is quintile in a crescent phase to the South Node in Libra. Mars ruled by Saturn in Pisces and the South Node ruled by Venus who is square Saturn’s ruler. The quintile in a crescent phase is about internalizing and going within to understand what needs to be done and looking at the present moment of how you got to where you are. In order to self-actualize something new, one must go within to ask and answer their own questions as to how to do so. Mars in Capricorn wants us to take what we have been learning and to internalize it through self-reflection regarding our relationships of all kinds, and then to dissolve the old and learn what new can replace that space that once held the old. With Venus ruling that South Node the need is again, to expand upon our own personal philosophies and beliefs and to replace them with natural values and needs, this is also seen with the square between Venus and Neptune. This conversation speaks to the need to self-actualize through integration of what one comes to realize about themselves, then to put that into action to create new foundations.
This astrology really speaks to the dissolving process of manmade structures that have created imbalances. These manmade structures conditioned our realities, our beliefs, our values, and our needs. The time to understand who one naturally is, is now. Through objectifying oneself we can then individuate and propel our own evolutionary growth. This is a time period of great change and revolutionary transformation on collective and individual levels.
I will be talking more about the transit of Pluto throughout this year, coming up I will be posting a new video with Rav Chahal and Stacie Pazura about this year and Pluto’s transit. Be on the lookout for that, too!
Much Love and Gratitude,
Jordyn

This is some great work Jordyn. I can really resonate with a lot of this. It has helped me to see how when i was a preteen, (I am 56yo now) driving in the back seat of my dad’s car listening to him talk about how he interacted with people he worked with conditioned me to need to seek safety and security from the outside. He was telling my mother how someone at work was, ‘not as good as he was’, and if they just understood things the way he did they would see how he was right, and they were wrong. I have taken this philosophy and used it as an ideal in my life. It has been coming up lately through conflicts in a couple of different relationships in my life. I can see now how needing someone else to be wrong or inferior has led me to feel outside of society or even in relation to others. And dropping the need to be right has led me to see the possibility of a new ideal which is in line with more natural laws. Being curious as to why someone would see things differently is a new strategy, I am seeking to replace the old one of needing to be superior. As it has never gotten me where i want to be which is accepted, seen, and heard. I just wanted to talk about how this helped me so that you could see that your work is appreciated.
As I have talked to you before on the JWG forum, I am studying astrology and hope to be able to see the language as clearly as you have articulated here. It really is a work of art.
Thank you.
