NEW MOON REPORT:
Sagittarius is a fire sign that corresponds to self-actualizing our destiny. Through our TRUTH and through Natural Law. Within that, the archetype of Sagittarius, also reflects compassion. Compassion is a Natural Law. This corresponds with the Natural Law of interrelatedness. In order to access interrelatedness, we have to have compassion. This means that we must understand that what is true for us might not be true for another. That is the Natural Law of relativity.
Jupiter in Cancer retrograde and in mutual reception with the Moon reflects how we are called to be emotionally honest. To be authentic in our interaction’s moment to moment and day to day (Moon). To expand upon our emotional truths in order for us to expand further within our consciousness. Jupiter retrograde in Cancer asks for us to throw off where old beliefs have become crystallized through over-identify with messages of the past that have been osmosed within the Soul. To have compassion for ourselves. For when we know better, we do better.
Jupiter is trine to Saturn and Neptune, while the Moon is square to them. This square is in a last quarter phase. This reflects the need to act on the Natural Laws of compassion for self, and compassion for others. Compassion (Sagittarius) is learned through empathy (Pisces). Not sympathy. It is the ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes in order to experience interrelatedness. The Natural Law of relativity. To not try to convince others otherwise. This helps us to expand upon others reality and emotional dynamics. It also helps us to expand on our own interrelatedness and how our emotions give meaning to our lives.
The squares from the Moon to Saturn and Neptune along with the trine from Saturn and Neptune to Jupiter reflect inspiration and healing during this time. It also reflects how we can understand on an inner level where we have over-identified with beliefs that have become crystallized within. How those beliefs also correspond to how we give meaning to our everyday lives. It gives us clarity about whether or not a belief that is crystallized has become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Where we are living out the belief and how it isn’t actually authentic to our inner reality. There is a clearing away of these old beliefs in order to make room for expansion upon our inner truths during this time. How we can become inspired to do so. To take the long journey of emotional truth, expansion of those truths, and to interrelate through compassion.
The New Moon is inconjunct Uranus rx in Taurus. This is a full phase. What this reflects is that there is an understanding of a creative purpose that is connected to the above archetypal dynamics. Yet, there can be crisis externalized on an emotional level. This corresponds to how we are meant to share this with others. How we are meant to share our truths. If they will be accepted or if they will be dismissed. How we can share in a way that is helpful to others. The full phase is where “I” meets “Us/We”. With Uranus in the mix, especially in the sign of Taurus, the challenge becomes understanding that there is power in being different. That it is needed and necessary. It helps the ‘whole’ to understand the law of relativity. That we are all unique and different. That there is unity in diversity. This astrological conversation also reflects the dynamic of showing up authentically actually helps to transform our inner relationship to self. The transformation takes shape through interrelatedness within the community (Uranus). When we are in community, we get to experience who others are and their individuality. This helps us to know more about our unique individuality and how to better share our inner resources (Taurus) with others in a co-creative way. For some, there can be old memories surfacing around our authenticity and individuality. Where we became alienated from others for being different. Yet this isn’t the same as the past. Even if it feels like it is we are called to observe the emotional dynamics and memories surfacing. This objectification helps us to become detached in order to bring awareness and to feel the intuition. The truth. It helps us to liberate from old beliefs stemming from trauma that has affected our sense of self. Our ability to self-validate. To sustain from within on an emotional level.
Jupiter in Cancer rx ruling the New Moon is inconjunct Uranus’ ruler, Venus. Who is also in the sign of Sagittarius. This is a gibbous phase. This denotes a crisis within. The crisis is one of being emotionally honest within as way to foster a healthier inner relationship to self. To validate through being emotionally honest. To cultivate inner nurturance through that principle. This also reflects becoming aware of the impact of overcompensory emotional patterns. Yet when we meet ourselves with compassion revolving the past (Jupiter rx) we understand why we felt (Venus) we need to overcompensate in the first place. Was it a role given to you by someone else through a label? How did that shape your beliefs about yourself? How did that shape your ability to be emotionally honest with yourself and others? How did it shape how you related to yourself? How did it affect your self-value and worth? Your self-esteem? Has that perpetuated denying your emotions? Has it perpetuated being self-critical? Has it perpetuated denying what you know you should do?
Venus squares Saturn in a last quarter phase. Mars in Capricorn is also ruled by Saturn. We are each called to act on our inner desires to be self-determined to take responsibility for ourselves and our own healing. This happens through honesty and authenticity. Mars in Capricorn thrown into the mix brings up where we need to have self-determination to continue to heal through being our own inner authority. This means knowing what is true for us and what has been a belief that is not resonating within. To take action when it comes to restructuring our consciousness through showing up as we are. Fully. We are also called to reflect on how our beliefs give meaning to our life. How that also reflects what we value. If those values and beliefs are given too much meaning. If they are in fact aligned with Natural Law or conditioning that is a distortion of those Natural Laws. This helps us to restructure how we inwardly relate.
Venus is conjunct Juno in a balsamic phase. We are meant to wrap up old structures of how we devoted ourselves to our relationships when they were not in alignment with our authentic selves. Where we could have overcompensated within our relationships in order to sustain them. Even when they have run their course. How we might have given ultimate meaning to relationship with others rather than finding it from within. How this can be overcompensation regarding our self-value and self-worth.
Venus, Juno, the Sun and the Moon are all trine Chiron in Aries rx. Chiron is ruled by Mars in Capricorn. This helps us to clarify all of the above mentioned dynamics are where there has been wounding around these areas. Yet, we are called to self-reflect (Capricorn) in order to understand this on an emotional level. This gives us creative purpose and the drive to self-actualize through the strength of our own Soul will to change our awareness around our wounds. These wounds have medicine (Chiron) because they can be our teacher (Sagittarius). It takes us holding ourselves accountable for our own choices (Aries/Mars) that led to wounds in the first place. To be clear this doesn’t mean victim blaming. It means that we each have free will that leads to all of our experiences. Negative and positive. When we reflect on why anything has occurred it helps us to understand why we made those choices in the first place. If those choices were made because of old patterns dealing with our beliefs, values and needs that had been conditioned. Especially how we value and believe about ourselves. Through this clarifying conversation between the planets, it teaches us how to heal old wounds. This is done through understanding and expanding upon our emotional truths. It brings new awareness from within. This awareness brings us wisdom (Capricorn) that is meant to be acted upon (Aries/Mars). Then to be shared with others.
Mercury in Sagittarius is square the lunar nodes with the lunar south node in Virgo as the resolution. Revisiting past emotional dynamics of where we dismissed or denied our truth is highlighted. Where we denied our instinct and intuition in the face of circumstances. Where we denied expressing ourselves honestly. We are meant to act on confronting our beliefs that have led us to rationalizing dynamics of the past instead of honoring our authenticity. When we speak from the heart with sincerity and honesty, even if it is the not so nice truth, we never go wrong. For some there can be an opportunity to do just that. It helps purge the past of denying our truth. We counteract that dynamic and it leads to an unfolding journey of expansion. This can also be for some, recalling when a seed of truth was expressed by someone in the past. A message given that was denied that now needs to be watered so it can bloom. This seed of truth can also be a message from within you that was denied and is now being recovered. It is recalled through the intuition.
Mercury is trine to Kassandra who is ruled by Mars in Capricorn. Mars is square to Kassandra in a disseminating phase. To me this reflects the need to have a personal voice of authority. That is meant to be shared. It takes courage and self-determination to express truth when it might be denied by others. Yet the act of expression helps us to heal our inner authority. It also helps us to heal our inner relationship to self especially if we were too afraid to speak up in the past. The expression of truth is healing on its own. It can also have the ability to heal others who are open to receiving it.
More than anything this New Moon in Sagittarius is teaching us individually that truth never needs to be defended. It stands on its own. To take the journey through the path of emotional honesty, sincerity, and compassion. Regardless of the outcome. This journey is healing because it restructures each of us from the inside out. It strengthens us on a Soul level because we are living every moment and every day authentically. It helps us to understand and have compassion for where others are along their own unique journey. Yet the permission to ground into our truth and authenticity teaches us that not everyone can relate or wants to know the truth of who we are. When we still continue to show up authentically that is powerful in and of itself. This New Moon asks for us to trust our intuition regarding the path we are meant to take. To know that we can stand by our choices without regret no matter the consequences when we are showing up as our Natural selves. Along the journey of authenticity we can get confronted with where there is a delusive belief in order for us to experience more of the our natural truth. The beliefs become liberated through self-accountability and determination. Expansion occurs from within this awareness.
